2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Entrants must have a public Instagram account to allow entry verification.

• Entrants must be able to get to Cullecoats in person to claim their prizes.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @liljakatanka , @forme_studio_cullercoats , @doctorseaweed and @cullercoatsboatyard 

2. Like the giveaway post.

3. Comment on the post (for example, tag a friend or share why you’d like to win).
   Each qualifying comment counts as one entry unless otherwise stated.

No purchase necessary. Entries that do not meet all requirements will not be counted.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 8th October 2025 and closes at Midnight 23rd October 2025 (UK time).
Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. Prize

• The prize is: A wellness bundle to include-

  • One Standard Initial or Follow up Acupuncture session in person with Lilja Katanka (Facial rejuvenation acupuncture would be a £50 upgrade).  Both existing clients and new clients are eligible for this prize.  Appointment must be booked and used before November 31st 2025.

  • One private one-to-one pilates session in person with Marina at Forme studio Cullercoats. Appointment must be booked and used before November 31st 2025.  Forme Studio Tcs and Cs may apply regarding suitability.

  • One private Infrared Sauna session for up to 3 people - appointment to be booked with @liljakatanka - tcs and tcs apply regarding health conditions and suitability for Infrared Sauna.

  • One gift bundle from Doctor Seaweed- supplement of your choice and delivery options to be agreed with @doctorseaweed (value up to £50)

  • One £20 voucher for The Boatyard Cullercoats 

• No cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a random draw tool

• The draw will take place within 3 days of the giveaway closing date.

• The winner will be announced in the comments or stories on Instagram and contacted via direct message.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

7. Verification
Before confirming the prize, the Promoter will verify that the selected winner:

• follows all required Instagram accounts, and

• liked the giveaway post, and

• complied with all entry requirements.

If any condition is not met, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and choose an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection
Personal data (Instagram handle, name, contact details if provided privately) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner, in accordance with UK data protection law.

9. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
