What should I wear to my appointment?
Whatever is comfortable! Usually I'll need access to the stomach, ankles and wrists, sometimes up to the elbow or knee so looser clothing is handy but we can always work with what you are wearing.
Where is the Life For Living Well treatment room located?
I practice from my cosy treatment room in Cullercoats, close to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth and within a 20-minute drive of Newcastle Upon Tyne. You'll find the full address in your booking confirmation.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Please contact me to make any changes. As a small business, I kindly request as much notice as possible so I can offer your original appointment to another patient. Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged. You can find the full terms and conditions of your booking here.
Do you offer treatments at any other locations?
I only offer treatments from my treatment room in Cullercoats. Please note I no longer offers sessions in Jesmond.
What are your opening times?
I work flexibly, so I'moften able to fit in appointments outside of the traditional working week where needed. Please get in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
